With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, Abdi is a Senior Cost Estimator on our team. In the year 2011, Abdi helped our clients realize over $90 million in documented savings!  His experience as a contractor provides him with a unique perspective as a consultant.  He is well versed in the estimating strategies contractors use to gain advantages over their competition. 

Abdi has been heavily trained in negotiating, and his expertise and experience in earthmoving and pavements strengthens our team’s ability to successfully negotiate heavy highway projects.  Since joining our team, Abdi’s experience has helped our clients award CMAR and CM/GC contracts at the fair market value every time.
