Chad Harless, Cost Estimator

Chad Harless is a skilled Cost Estimator with a background in heavy civil construction, surveying, and project engineering. He holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Brigham Young University–Idaho and has experience in estimating, CAD drafting, and field operations. At IC&E, Chad leverages his expertise in quantity takeoffs, cost estimating, and proposal development using industry-leading tools like HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Excel, and Agtek. His ability to collaborate with teams, analyze project risks, and develop accurate cost estimates makes him a valuable asset. With experience spanning construction management, surveying, and even law enforcement, Chad brings a detail-oriented and disciplined approach to every project.
