Chuck Brainerd, a Senior Cost Estimator at IC&E, brings over 36 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting his career as a draftsman in an oil and gas refinery, Chuck steadily advanced to project management while earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. His expertise spans electrical power, instrumentation, light rail transit systems, and more. Proficient in software like HCSS Heavy Bid and Primavera P6, Chuck is known for his dedication and reliability. Outside of work, he enjoys rock crawling in his jeep and has explored notable locations across the United States. We are thrilled to have Chuck as part of our team.
