CJ Barker, Lead Cost Estimator

CJ Barker, our Lead Cost Estimator, has quickly become an invaluable asset to the IC&E team. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Colorado State University and a background as a U.S. Army Light Infantryman, CJ brings a unique blend of discipline and expertise to his role. He has played a crucial part in major projects like the Susquehanna River Bridge and the West Alabama Highway, ensuring quality outcomes with his meticulous attention to detail. CJ’s skills extend across design management, change/claim pricing, risk analysis, and estimate management, making him a versatile and innovative leader. Outside of work, CJ leads an active lifestyle, engaging in activities such as exercising, lifting, biking, and remodeling investment properties. He’s also a firewalker, having participated in Tony Robbins events, which speaks to his courage and determination. We are excited to have CJ on our team and look forward to his continued contributions to IC&E's growth and success.
