Kyle Norseth, Lead Cost Estimator

With over 15-years of experience as a contractor cost estimator in industrial, heavy civil, and commercial construction, Kyle is a Lead Cost Estimator on our team of estimators and schedulers. He earned a BS in Construction Management, and he is trained and certified with HCSS, AG-TEK, and Primavera P6 software platforms. Serving in the role of Lead Cost Estimator, Kyle provides contractor style production-based cost estimates. He is creative, driven, and experienced in a broad range of projects. This experience provides him with the expertise needed to support scheduling, risk analysis, and constructability reviews. 

Kyle is an assertive negotiator. He has a thorough understanding of fair-market costs and his persistence in achieving fair pricing on our projects has received high acclaim from our clients.
