Tom Gott, Lead Scheduler

With over 40-years of experience in the construction industry, Tom is our Lead Scheduler, and he is a vital part of our cost estimating team.  Tom’s experience includes construction planning and scheduling during the design phase, and he provides scheduling and project controls during the construction phase.  Tom is proficient in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and TILOS scheduling platforms and is ANSI/EIA-748 compliant.  He is one of the most expert schedulers in the industry.

While providing project controls on construction projects, Tom’s reviews and documentation of the contractor’s baseline schedule and monthly schedule updates provide our clients with confidence that construction progress has been thoroughly documented and any chance of claims related to project delays are mitigated.
