HWY 10 ARDOT

The Project is in Pulaski County, Arkansas, within the city of Little Rock. The Project limits extend a total of 1.11 miles on Highway 10 from approximately Pleasant Ridge Road to Pleasant Valley Drive and includes:

a. Widening Highway 10 from the existing 5 lane undivided section to a proposed 6 lane divided section with raised median.

b. Single Point Urban Interchange (SPUI) at Highway 10/Rodney Parham intersection. The SPUI consists of Highway 10 elevated over Rodney Parham with a bridge. The design also includes two turn-a-rounds under the Highway 10 overpass.

c. Braided ramps north and south of Highway 10 connecting to I-430 Southbound. The Highway 10 Eastbound to I-430 Northbound entrance ramp crosses over I-430 on a new 2 lane bridge to a new loop ramp to I-430 Northbound.

d. Relocation of I-430 Southbound entrance ramp. The I-430 Southbound exit ramp splits into two destinations, Highway 10 and Rodney Parham. The ramps braid with the Highway 10 traffic crossing over the Rodney Parham traffic on a bridge. The I-430 Southbound entrance ramp is braided with the Highway 10 traffic crossing over the Rodney Parham traffic on a bridge.

e. Relocation of River Mountain Road

“The quality of work on the Highway 10 CMGC project was excellent. Innovative Contracting and Engineering was (and continues to be) a great resource regarding the CMGC project delivery method. The cost estimates and schedule analysis they provided gave the Department confidence that we were receiving a fair price for the project and were able to award the construction contract for the Department’s first CMGC project.”
