US-95 Phase 2B/5; Nevada DOT

Innovative Contracting and Engineering provided ICE services for this US-95 widening project. The project included widening both to the inside and outside, included ramp modifications, major drainage improvements, a new Diverging Diamond Interchange at Kyle Canyon Road, an HOV direct access ramp at Elkhorn Road overpass, high mast lighting, ITS, signage and landscaping/aesthetic features. Our team developed contractor style cost estimates using HCSS cost estimating software. We also provided constructability review comments, we were involved in value planning, and we produced a CPM construction schedule using Primavera P6.
